On yesterday’s blog, we told you about arriving in Newport and exploring some of the grand old homes along Bellevue Avenue.  After that little tour, we found an entrance to the very famous Newport attraction called Cliff Walk and G.K. was so anxious to walk along its trail.

Martha attended a really fun Titanic party in Newport, Rhode Island this past weekend and, of course, we dogs went along for the ride.  Newport is such an interesting place to visit and we got to do a bit of sightseeing.  Here is the first installment of our tour.

While we were in Maine last weekend, the three of us dogs wandered around looking for action.  We were quite startled at how empty the little towns were and at how so many of our favorite shops were closed up tight.  Mount Desert Island was looking more like Mount Deserted Island!

As previously posted, we Frenchies and G.K. went on a road trip with Uncle Carlos to Skylands, our home in Maine. It takes a good eight hours to drive there and it is a lot further north than our farm in Bedford.  None-the-less we were very surprised at what we found there!

With spring weather approaching, we Frenchies are taking a lot of road trips with Uncle Carlos.  On a recent visit to New York City, we met up with even more French Bulldogs.  It seems as though we’ve been encountering a lot of Frenchies lately!

Now that spring is here, Martha is planning her visits to Skylands, our home in Maine.  Uncle Carlos had to deliver some furniture and carpeting and we, dogs, went along for the ride to keep him company during the long drive.

I believe that we, Frenchies, failed to mention that our brother, Ghenghis Khan, went off to yet, another dog show.  He’s been to so many and has won so many that we’ve lost count.  Anyway, this last time, darling G.K. actually wrote a blog letter to us, which we now post for your enjoyment.

All this week, we’ve been reporting about our trip to New York City and what we did there.  We really had plenty of adventures and a really fun time.  We especially loved shopping in a very special pet supply store called Zoomies!

After so much fun and so many adventures touring the streets of New York City, we, Frenchies, thought it would be a good idea to pop into the Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia space in the landmark Starrett Lehigh building.  It’s always inspirational visiting the offices.
