Now that it’s finally getting hot, the berries in our berry patch are finally ripening.  The first to mature are the currants.  We grow white, black, and redcurrants and of the three, redcurrants are the first to ripen.

Francesca was in an odd mood yesterday and she wandered off to be by herself.  I didn’t want that kind of isolation, so I teamed up with Chhewang and Ryan and assisted with planting urns.  These guys are so busy and I think it’s important to cheer them on!

Martha and Betsy were riding the horses, Rinze and Ramon, recently near our farm in Bedford.  They rode past a swampy area when they spotted something amazing high in the trees.  Martha, of course, had her camera and took these photos.  After seeing them, we Frenchies did a little research and thought we would share …

The other day, we Frenchies told you about our prey drive.  After finding Empress Tang skulking around outside, we got to wondering and did a little research regarding cats’ predatory nature.
