The March issue of Martha’s magazine, Living, arrived and I was struck by the beauty of the cover. If you haven’t seen it, it’s a bountiful harvest of freshly picked vegetables. I really love the garden and seeing that photo got me really thinking about our amazing vegetable garden here at the farm.

Martha and staff members from her magazine, “Whole Living,” gathered at the brand new Fairway Market in Stamford, Connecticut last Saturday. Martha was signing copies of the brand new book called “Power Foods.” Of course, we dogs, made our appearance. It’s always great to meet our public!

There was a photo shoot going on in the greenhouse the other day and the photographer was Dana Gallagher. Dana is an excellent photographer and has shot for Martha for many years. Well, we finally got around to extracting the honey from the beehives. Carlos seemed to bee a bit frazzled, so I offered to be of assistance. The whole process is rather time consuming. The honey tastes really, really good – very herbal and light. Thank you honeybees for providing again.
