Meet Francesca
I entered this world on December 13, 2004, in Pinewood, Minnesota. I’m a bit older and certainly far wiser than Sharkey. Like Sharkey, I’m also friendly and quite curious, but I’m more cautious about letting my curiosity get me into trouble. I must admit that we do have fun together. I just know when to stop. Martha describes me as being a bit obsequious, but that’s just my ability to pull the wool over her eyes. I’m just clever! I do have a high opinion about myself, and my fashion sense is magnifique! In fact, Je suis fabuleuse (I am fabulous.)

We Frenchies really love flowers so the other day, we trotted down to Martha’s cutting garden to see what was blooming. There were many lovelyl blossoms to enjoy. It was also a very beautiful day and the bright blue sky made everything look so gorgeous.

Last May, a whole bunch of people from the magazine came to photograph Martha, all decked out in her Halloween garb, down at the stables. Sharkey and I, of course, were there to offer our assistance. I really got into the experience, but Sharkey, not so much so. She claims she didn’t fit in. Oh …

We recently met Jessica, Martha’s new executive assistant. Jessica will be spending most of the time at the office in New York City, but we felt it was important to introduce her to the Bedford area. Uncle Carlos drove us into Katonah so that Jessica could learn all about where Martha shops and here’s one …

On Martha’s blog today, she is giving her blog readers a tour of a great nursery called Mariani Gardens, located in Armonk, New York. When she visits there, we often accompany her. We love it because it’s so colorful and there’s so much great stuff to see.

Our friend Maggie Mae was certainly in need of a loving mom after the terrible things she had been through. Sharkey and I can’t imagine why anyone would treat her or any animal so poorly!! Maggie was rescued from Tanya’s Rescued Friends in Daytona, FL by our very own Dana Splinter, an associate finance manager …

Ever since Martha signed that deal with The Home Depot, all she’s been talking about is tools and more tools. Just the other day, she came home with a brand new set of really shiny tools and we Frenchies wanted to use them very badly.
