As promised, we Frenchies, went to the main greenhouse where Ryan keeps all of the smaller agave plants.  He and Wilmer have been quite busy repotting them.  And from the looks of things, those plants really needed to be repotted!

The farm looks pretty covered with a blanket of snow.  Snow also offers something else.  It allows us to see all sorts of animal tracks – some quite normal and others quite surprising.
