How many of you glue squadders have heard of a fruit called pawpaw?  No, it’s not named after GK’s grandfather, Paw Paw, the great Chow Chow.   Rather, it’s a fragrant and delicious fruit which is native to the United States and is only available for a few short weeks in late summer/early autumn.

Well, it’s definitely apple season at the farm.  In fact, we Frenchies and GK drove with Laura and Sanu to an old orchard on the farm.  The trees were loaded!  There are plenty of apples for eating, baking, apple sauce, and cider.  There are also plenty for the donkeys and horses, too!
