I realize that the first day of spring, or the spring equinox, won't arrive until March 20th. However, like most of you, I can't wait for that day to arrive and I decided to pay a visit to the greenhouse in hopes of finding something spring-like there.
2 Hi Ryan! I can see that you and Wilmer have been very busy repotting every single plant in the greenhouse, but I was just wondering if there was anything else new going on here that might remind me of spring?
3 I see you just received a Priority Mail package. Shall I guess what it contains? Could it be seeds for the vegetable garden?
4 I was right! I believe it will soon be time for you to start planting seeds in flats so that they're ready to plant outdoors in the springtime, after all danger of frost has passed. Isn't that around May 15th in this area?

Hello ladies, Kirby here.
Spring is just around the corner as they say. I do have one question; who, or what, is the “they” so many speak of? I often have questions like this for my Daddy. He just scratches his head and goes right back to what he was doing without any answer for me. I guess even he doesn’t know the answer sometimes. And I though he knew everything. Maddox, you know everything so how about an answer for me. Daddy is going to have to get a new keyboard for his computer. My toenails are taking all the whiting off of the keys. I can hardly find anything with all those blank keys. Daddy says that I should learn how to “touch” type. Heck, I thought that is what I was doing; touching one key at a time.
Catch you later, Kirby.

Hello Sharkey,
That seed poster looks like that company has a gigantic variety of seeds. Mammy Jean had one of those upside down tomato plants one time and no tomatoes ever grew but on the top there were weeds growing. No green thumbs, hands, feet, or garden in this house hehehehehe
Kirby, when we blow our coats, Karen gives us a bath in water as warm as we can stand it cause that really opens the pores and lets loose of the dead coat coming out, then we are less itchy. Ruby, next time the raccoons show up, invite them in for a party. Mamma Lynn would like that. You saw robins already Rebel? Wow. Zoe, did you get punished for the TP episode? How about you Riley, for your cookbooks? How was your birthday party last week Martha? Jake, hope your feeling better. Let Molly take care of you. Cora-Belle, I didn't mention anything about the Glue Squad doing the half time show cause I didn't want everyone to be disappointed. My peeps contacted their peeps and they said we should come back when we are famous. Are they kidding? We ARE famous. Geez. Those *#~\]
Hehehehehe. Abby, James Dean, Kitty, Dudley, Lucy and the rest of you, enjoy the day
Love to all,
Maddox

Hello Sharkey & all my Glue Squad Buddies,
I know all of you out on the East Coast are getting excited for Spring, and I am too, but I haven't had more than a few dustings of snow. Where is a good old blizzard? Saturday, snow is supposed to come, and maybe if I even get something worth shoveling,I will then be excited with the rest of you for Spring. Winter I haven't even had. Dad is off to Williams Fork, about a 2 hour drive for ice fishing. At least somewhere it is cold and snowing in Colorado. Mom and I are going to have a girls' day together---party on!!!
Have a GEM of a day all.
Love & licks,
Ruby

Me again, Cora Belle, I'm so sorry i missed you on my earlier post. How rude!!!! Hope you are feeling okay, I love the sound of your sofa and cut off legs, that style could possibly stop me from looking out the front window maybe...Not...I would still find a way to look out and patrol. Riley, Mom chuckled about your cookbook experience. You see, I still get into trouble on the chewing at 16 months old. I like the Sunday newspaper, cardboard, Mom found pieces last night on the sun porch, yes I had my share of slippers & shoes too. I also like to counter surf. Don't feel bad, tell Mom it's just plain fun.
Till next time,
Missy Chow

Morning Sharkey,
That coat you have on is so sharp! Mimi has put in her order for seeds and some plants, too. She is going to try to grow sweet corn in a pot! That should be interesting, a one meal crop?
Hey Gail, Mimi has asked the same thing, but, take heart, I think we are sending some sunshine to you and Zoe.
Kirby, you are so funny! My keyboard once was white, not so much anymore. I thing I need a black one to match my nails.
Pretty quiet here today. Partly sunny (I like to be optimistic) and 40 degrees. Not too bad.
Oh! I almost forgot. I found a squirrel under a bush, but I couldn't wake him up to play! I kept patting him with my paws, but no luck. Papa said "Rebel, get back!" and with that he took my squirrel away. Wonder what happened to the little guy.
Take it easy Cora Belle. Sure hope your meds help you feel better.
Hi to everyone else, I'll check in later.
Your pal,
Rebel

I indeed agree with you Sharkey! I can't handle anymore of this weather...we are thinking of living somewhere warm during the winter, we just need to figure out what we can do with Kitty, hopefully bring her along.
Purrs to my buds

You look so lonesome Sharkey without your BFF Francesca but it won't be long before the two of you are out romping again as in chasing squirrels and the donks. Hang in there and give Franny my best. Both of you are so cute!

Seeing all those seed packets DO make me wish spring would come soon. We are finally getting snow, a little bit everyday. It makes it easier for Mom, who has to do the snow removal this winter because of Dad's New Knee. Mom has never had much luck planting things from seed; we are in a zone where we have to worry about frost until as late as Memorial Day, so it is hard to time things out. Last year Mom got seedlings from the garden store and that worked out much better, so she's going to try that again this year. I shudder to think what sort of mayhem Roxy is going to create with green plants and baby vegetables, though. Francesca Baby, it was good to see you post yesterday, by the way! I hope you'll soon be reporting on getting some acupuncture or massage appointments.
A bientot!
