Greetings from Mexico! The original homeland of Ms. Minnow and her fellow Chi's who also migrated North!
I'm thinking of all my fellow animal lovers even when I'm on vacation!
The Daily Wag is never far from my mind and heart!
And I take the Glue Squad with me wherever I go!
I even told this here seagull ( I named him Stanley) all about the great humans who I know through the Daily Wag!
As you can see by their prints, Stanley and his buddies own this beach...as well they should!
They know everything about this environment!
The Pelicans do too... they even patrol the area regularly to make sure all well for the local creatures!
I even found evidence of canines in the area... after discovering these tracks, I scoped out a nearby a watchpoint and waited...
My instincts told me this was likely a smaller canine, perhaps blond and quite vocal...
Low and behold...my waiting paid off and I met Beatrice. indiginous to the area and full of tips on the local hot spots!
Thankfully her humans were the doting kind and knew that having Ms. Beatrice spayed, microchipped and donning a tag was the best way to parent their little treasure!
A local seagull family seemed to know of Ms. Beatrice and was eager to share the latest gossip on her personal life!
After all...they have the advantage of watching all the local activity from above!
Stanley was less forthcoming with the gossip as he seemed to adopt a more 'live and let live' attitude overall.
Stanley's friend Betty was rather soft-spoken as well- seeming more focused on her yoga practice than on the local hullabaloo.
We had hoped to meet a cat or two and finally made the acquaintance of this large feline...
She seemed thirsty so we shared our champagne which she seemed quite fond of...
We even met this pooch-loving human on the beach and got to hear all about her beloved fur kids back in Austin, Tx. She takes them everywhere with this fancy tattoo!
Sending lots of love to the Daily Wag crew!
It's great here but we miss our fur kids! We decided to make this trip a 'human's only' adventure but, we cannot wait to kiss their little faces and tell them all about it!
Looks like our earlier 'woof-out' is beginning to set sail to greet our fellow woofs on other shores...Ahoy!
Here's to a happy and safe New Year! Cheers Waggers!
