A Garden Tour Means Cookies!!! Or Not
Posted by F&S
Some of you commented that you couldn’t see the images from Monday’s blog about G.K. wanting to be a squirrel chaser. Therefore, we made an executive decision to let it run a second day in hopes that it could be viewed by all. Our apologies, but it seems that our blog server is having some issues.
We, Frenchies, were quite surprised to see a large group of people gathered on the terrace the other day and then we remembered hearing something about a garden tour. We really like when groups come to the farm because it’s so much fun to socialize. Plus, there are usually assorted cookies served at these events and you never know when a dog can get lucky.
1 Francesca, it looks like this is a garden tour group on the patio, do you know what that means?
2 It means that there are lots of friendly people.
3 And lots of petting and adoration.
4 And lots of smiling for the camera.
5 Now, madame, make sure your camera is set for the correct exposure! We, professional pups demand only the best.
6 It also means that cookies from Martha's Cookie book will be served and we just might get lucky!
7 Err...excuse me, but I see that you're eating a cookie.
8 My dog nose detects a whiff of lemon and I adore lemon!
9 Did you know there are other varieties of cookies being served? You should save room for them and just leave that one right on the chair. Someone will clear it away.
10 Seriously, you can just leave it and try another!
11 Don't you understand? I guess you just don't get my subtle hint.
12 Nice try, Sharkey, but this crowd didn't even drop a single crumb. As you know, those cookies are simply delicious! Better luck next time!
