Happy New Year to all of you wonderful blog readers!  We trust that you had a really pleasant holiday.  As you know, we, Frenchies, took some time off for a little R and R and now it’s back to the exciting world of blog posting.  Franny and I have a few blogs that we stocked piled and want to share with you.  As you may know, Sasa is a new horse at the farm and here’s a little bit about him and the donkeys.

I wonder if we can sneak by the donkey paddock.

You are one handsome fellow! What's your name? Does it, by any chance, start with Black?

Sasa? Well that's a very nice name and we hope you like the farm. It's a pretty great place. Just watch that Sharkey. She likes to think she's a herding dog and she gets so silly.

And kind of bossy and wearisome, but we are generally good sports when it comes to the Frenchies.

  • Happy New Year everyone! Nice to have things back to normal in the new year although I did enjoy revisiting the past year's blogs too. Sasa's processional around the farm was very charming especially with the donkeys standing at attention and 'Presenting Hooves."

Oh Sharkey, you always look so adorable when you are sneaking under the fences to "greet" the donkeys. I bet you, Francesca, and GK and the other animals are very happy that MommyMartha is finally back from her holiday in St. Bart's.

I hope everyone had a safe and relaxing New Year's Eve.

  • Hello Ladies,
Look's like Sasa is finding his way quite well with you girls assisting him. It must be very cold there with all of you in your coats. It is so cold here that I just run out and do my business and run back in. Glad to see everyone doing well in the New Year. Take care and have a great day.
    Love & licks,
    Basil

  • Note to self: Don't drink coffee while reading The Daily Wag.

When Sharkey said this: Relax, donks!

I spit coffee out all over my keyboard! :)

    My new favorite word: donks!

    Love you

  • Hello ladies, Kirby here.
Happy New Year to everyone out there. Well this new year seems to be just like the old one. It was up in the 60’s the past few days and only getting down into the lower 50’s at night. Last night it was down to 31 but is going to be warmer today. What happened to my winter? Daddy says to just stay calm; it’ll be back soon enough. Those “donks” are going to take over Sharkey unless you put your foot down. You and Franny are the bosses around the farm; that is next to Martha. She’ll always be the “boss.”
    Catch you later, Kirby.

  • Hi Girl Friends &G.K., I love this new blog post! Sharkey, it's so great to see you already helping your new friend, Sasa return to the stable and meet your friends the donkeys! These photos are beautiful and the weather there at the farm looks similar to where I live-COLD! Hope all of you are staying warm. So glad to hear that Martha is back home again and I'm sure you are all very happy! Have a great day and Happy New Year to all of you! Love, Dudley Do Right XOXOXO+

  • I usually don't post, but I read the posts everyday and i am a little dissappointed. I haven't read anything from Zoe lately. I know myself and many of my friends enjoyed reading what Zoe had to say. It's just not same. Has anyone heard from her? The Daily Wag is not the same! Maybe Francesca or Sharkey can get in contact with her. Or maybe even Martha herself. Please get Zoe back on...........

  • Nice to see Sasa acclimating to the new surroundings and especially to those cute donks...great photos!

    Yes, where is Zoe?
