Well, we finally got around to extracting the honey from the beehives. Carlos seemed to bee a bit frazzled, so I offered to be of assistance. The whole process is rather time consuming. The honey tastes really, really good – very herbal and light. Thank you honeybees for providing again.

As Martha wrote about on her blog today, we were hit hard with another snowstorm. We Frenchies wanted to go outside and explore, so we donned our beautiful new white snow parkas. Of course, we had no idea how deep the snow was and things got a little dicey.
