We told Martha about the beautiful flowers we saw in the cutting garden the other day, and guess what? She cut them! We wanted to visit the canaries in their new home in the brown room and that's where we found the flowers. Martha had set a very nice table and decorated it with lovely arrangements. Something's going on.

You are as sweet as the flowers. I hope your Mama's brunch went off well yesterday.
The flowers are lovely, my Mama loves sunflower seeds to eat and to enjoy as flowers. I just love to smell flowers as do you.
My Mama had eye surgery and she types for me so this is short & sweet until she heals.
I hope your Mama let you in to the brunch for some lunch ha!

Hello ladies, Kirby here.
I hope your weekend went better than mine did. I got into trouble again yesterday. I always go for my walk at the same time each day. Well, yesterday I woke up mommy and daddy for my walk but I was just a little early; about an hour early. I was in the “dog house,” so to speak, for the rest of the day. I did manage to get out by laying on daddy’s feet in the afternoon; works every time. He gave me two treats before I went to bed for the night. Now I’m trying to be quiet this morning.

I hope you were able to join Martha for brunch, what pretty flowers.
I'm happy today, mom is off from work so we get to spend all day in the yard. She just cooked dad a nice breakfast and I got a few bites of the left over eggs and canadian bacon - YUMMY
The pool is getting covered today so we'll have all kinds of workers at the house. After mom is finished her yard work she is taking me to Jakes Dog House to get fitted for a new sweater. I love going there I always come home with some new toy and treats.
I haven't received my invitation yet for the dog show in October - does that mean I'm not invited. Very disappointed - I was hoping we could have a play date.

Hello Ladies,
Your portraits with flowers are always so beauuuuutiful. I hope you got to attend the brunch. You are lucky to still have some nice flowers to smell in the gardens. We had a hard frost this weekend and snow--just a little. I hope Mom and Dad have a fire in the fireplace soon. With all the green tomatoes that were picked from the garden, Mom and Dad made Green Tomatoe Relish yesterday. Because of the hail storms earlier in July, green tomatoes were all the garden produced this year. Have a great day all.

So, did Martha invite you to her brunch? I'll bet it was great! Mom said Martha tweeted about her brunch menu yesterday, and it sounded fantastic. Frankly, I would be happy if Martha would slip me the sausage and bacon...but then, I'm not fussy, am I? Mom said to warn you about getting into the act and making canary crepes or feline frappe...Martha wouldn't be too thrilled with you. Later, girls...

Now those photos of you two pups are too adorable! what cute images of you Francesca and Sharkey with those gorgeous flowers...truly beauty at its best.
I'm sure the brunch went perfect and that you sweet pups attended, most likely it would not had been as fun filled had you guys not been there.

Hi Girl Friends, You girls sure know how to get me interested in your blog and your beautiful photos. These are some of the nicest ones I've seen. I loved all of the beautiful flowers on the lovely table setting and it was fun seeing those beautiful canaries there in the brown room.
