More of our tour of Katonah

Posted by Sharkey

Yesterday, we blogged about showing Jessica, Martha's new executive assistant, the hamlet of Katonah.  It was quite a little tour we gave and thought you'd enjoy seeing Part Two.  We Frenchies enjoy being tour guides and we certainly like Katonah and all the nice people there.

Did we mention that Eliad came to Katonah with us? Well, of course he did! It was nice to sit on this bench outside the Katonah Village Public Library and watch the world go by.

OK, enough rest - let's go see some more shops. Maybe Uncle Carlos should get us a couple of strollers. Those kids look happy being pushed through Katonah.

Sharkey, I'm glad we don't have to wear things like that.

Sharkey, look at this!

Why, it's Martha Stewart Stationery! I would recognize that logo anywhere. We must tell Martha about this!

So, this is what that stationery store, Fine Lines, looks like. It's so colorful in here.

Here we are with Laura and Barry Marks, the owners of Fine Lines. They were very nice to allow us to see their store.

  • Hi Gals,

I hope Franny is recovering well from her plight, your Mama hasn't said anything more no recent updates so I hope all is well with you.
Katonah looks like a pleasant sleepy town, small town America my kind of town, gotta have dogs though all over or it isn't my kind of town LOL!

I have chewed my front right paw and have it all raw and sore so I am in the dog house with my Mama, have to go to the vet and I don't like that at all. I have a nice lady vet but still don't like to go there.

    Be well gals.

Hey, mommie delia found her art on products like "GallopHome" in stores while on her trip to Kansas/Missouri...and she's really happy to get her brace off her right wrist(artist hand), now she can paint again!!

  • Good morning Francesca and Sharkey: Sounds like a fun place to shop for my mom. She could buy lots of Martha Stewart stuff. Wait!! Then she would spend all the money on MS stuff and none on me. Oh no, she would'nt do that to her little girl. Hmmmmmmmmmm...I wonder if I should ask her, well no I better not.

Mrs. Bosley Chow Chow - I hope that your paw gets better real soon. I know that your mama sure does love you to take you to the vet for paw medicine.

Francesca and Sharkey, I sure like your harnesses. Maybe momma and daddy will get me a new one for Christmas along with new toys and snacks.

Well, take care everyone. I'm going to the puppy spa today and let everyone wait on me. See ya later. Love Gracyn.

  • Hello Ladies,
Sorry I am a bit late today. Mom and I have been shopping and cooking for Dad, as he is going tomorrow after work on a 3 day fishing expedition. Mom and I will miss him, but we stay up late and eat ice cream. Katonah looks like a dream for all you girls for a fun shopping time. I, myself, just look for a nice warm sunbathing spot. Franny, your back legs going out on you were just like when I had the reaction to the distemper shot when I was a little guy.Did you have any shots recently? Well, I know Mama Martha and Uncle Carlos and Sharkey take good care of you. Have a good evening.
    Love & licks,
    Basil

  • Hi Girl Friends, I sure would like to visit Katonah with you girls. You always seem to get to go into more stores than I do. That's OK, I like to wait in Mom's truck so I can walk all around outside the stores when she gets back. Mrs. Bosley, I sure hope your paw gets better soon. No more chewing on it-OK?! I can hardly wait for Martha's show tomorrow because she said on Sirius radio today that you super girls will be on her show again. Hurrah!!! Love, Dudley Do Right xoxoxo
